1. Introduction
This Buyer Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, disclosed, and
protected when you register as a Buyer and access or use the Loupe mobile application or website
(“Platform”). Loupe is owned and operated by PPNP SOLUTIONS LTD (“Company”, “Loupe”, “we”, “us”,
“our”).
Loupe operates solely as a non-transactional technology platform facilitating discovery and communication
between independent buyers and sellers of gemstones. Loupe does not buy, sell, own, certify, grade, store,
ship, insure, authenticate, or guarantee gemstones, nor does it execute or supervise transactions between
users.
If you do not agree with this Policy, you must not register for or use the Platform.
2. Nature of the Platform
• Loupe does not process or facilitate payments between Buyers and Sellers.
• All negotiations and commercial arrangements occur directly between users at their own discretion and
risk.
• Loupe does not guarantee identity, conduct, authenticity, pricing, legality, or delivery of any gemstone.
3. Information We Collect
3.1 Account & Identification Information
• Full name
• Email address
• Phone number
• User ID and profile metadata
• Business name (if provided)
3.2 KYC & Verification Information
• Government-issued identification documents
• Verification photographs or identity confirmation materials
• Business documentation where required
KYC verification is conducted strictly for identity verification, fraud prevention, platform integrity, and
compliance purposes. KYC does not constitute certification, endorsement, or validation of any Buyer or
Seller. KYC information is not visible to other users and is accessed only by authorized personnel or
approved verification providers.
3.3 User-Generated Content
• Messages and communications with Sellers• Saved listings or preferences
• Uploaded documents or reference materials
3.4 Usage, Technical & Diagnostic Data
• Device type, operating system, and app version
• Log data and timestamps
• Crash reports and diagnostics
• IP address and approximate country/region
4. How We Use Information
• Create and authenticate Buyer accounts
• Verify identity and prevent fraud
• Enable communication with Sellers
• Improve platform performance and security
• Comply with legal and regulatory obligations
Loupe does not sell, rent, trade, or use Buyer data for third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, behavioral
profiling, or marketing resale.
5. Communications & Monitoring
Loupe may communicate with Buyers via email, in-app messages, push notifications, or platform notices for
service updates, security alerts, compliance matters, or policy changes. Essential communications cannot be
opted out of.
Chats and activity logs may be monitored or retained solely for fraud detection, dispute resolution, abuse
prevention, and platform integrity.
6. Third-Party Service Providers
• Payment Processing: Razorpay (subscription billing only)
• Cloud Infrastructure & Databases: Firebase / Google Cloud
• Analytics & Diagnostics: Firebase Analytics and crash reporting
Third-party providers process data solely under Loupe’s instructions and are contractually restricted from
using Buyer data for advertising or resale.
7. Data Storage & Security
Buyer data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure with access limited to authorized personnel.
Industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards are implemented. However, no system can
guarantee absolute security.
8. International Data Transfers
Due to the use of global cloud infrastructure, data may be processed or stored outside the Buyer’s country of
residence. Where required, appropriate safeguards are implemented in accordance with applicable data
protection laws.

• Request deletion (where legally applicable)
• Restrict or object to processing
• Request data portability (where applicable)
• Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based
Requests may be submitted to support@theloupeapp.com. Loupe will respond within a reasonable
timeframe consistent with applicable law.
10. Data Retention
Buyer data is retained only as long as necessary to provide platform services, maintain security, prevent
fraud, and comply with legal obligations. Unless otherwise required by law, personal data is retained for up to
twenty-four (24) months following account closure. Anonymized data may be retained indefinitely.
11. Account Closure
Upon account closure, Buyer profile visibility will be removed within approximately 24 hours. Certain data
may be retained for legal compliance, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, and enforcement purposes.
12. Children’s Data
Loupe is intended solely for individuals aged eighteen (18) years and above. We do not knowingly collect
personal data from minors. If identified, such data will be deleted promptly.
13. No Liability Disclaimer
Loupe does not guarantee the identity, conduct, authenticity, pricing, or delivery of any gemstone or user.
Loupe assumes no responsibility for disputes, losses, misrepresentation, or outcomes arising from Buyer
interactions with Sellers.
14. Policy Updates
This Buyer Privacy Policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of the Platform constitutes
acceptance of the revised Policy.
